= x^2 - y^2/6 * 12/(x-y)
= 6x^2 -y^2 * 72/(x-y)
= 6x^2(x-y) -y^2(x-y) * 72
= 6x^3 - 18x^2 -xy^2 + y^3 * 72
= 432x^3 - 1296x^2 -72xy^2 + 72y^3
