Heyo!

x+3/5-3x/10=7

Multiply both sides of the equation by 10

10x +6 - 3x = 70

Collect the terms

7x + 6 = 70

Move constant to the right side and
change its sign

7x = 70 -6

Subtract the numbers

7x = 64

Divide both sides by seven

x = 64/7
