(3x +1) + (2x -2) = 64
5x = 65
x = 13
RS = (3x +1) = (3*13) +1 = 40
ST = (2x -2) = (2*13) -2 = 24

3x + 1 + 2x - 2 = 64
3x + 2x = 64 - 1 + 2
5x = 65
