Answer:

-7k-4K=8-2k-8k

-11K = 8-10K             (combine like terms)

8 = -11k+10k              (move the -10 to combine like term with -11)

8 = -1k

k = 8/-1                      (isolate the k to find its value by dividing the 8)

k = -8
