The answer would be C.

If you do -5.5 + 2.5 over 6.1 - 3.1 it would be -3 over 3 which is equal to -1.

You could also do -2.5 + 5.5 over 3.1 - 6.1. It would be 3 over -3 which is also equal to -1.
