Simple..

For area, it's A=l*w

15*2=30

And, perimeter, it's P=l+l+w+w

15+15+2+2=34

Thus, your answer.

l=15 and w=2,or, w=15 and l=2

Because perimeter is ehen you add up all the sides and 15 + 2 + 15 + 2= 34. And area is when you multiply lenght times width and 15 x 2 = 30
